Guest Rooms

There are four guest rooms in The Inn at Orchard Gap and each can accommodate one to two people. All rooms have outside entrances, private baths, queen beds, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. All rooms have televisions and VCRS. There are also in-room microwaves, small refrigerators and coffeemakers in all rooms. Coffee and condiments are provided. Upstairs guest rooms have gas fireplaces. The downstairs guest room is handicapped accessible.

The three upstairs guest rooms open onto a large covered porch with rockers. All rooms have recently been remodeled and have wide-plank hardwood floors, comfortable sitting/reading areas, and are furnished in a traditional style with antiques or reproduction pieces.

Guest room rates include breakfast, which is served from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. daily. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the covered porches, weather permitting.

  • $105.00 - $129.00/night, double occupancy.
  • Additional guests - $15.00 each
  • Guest rooms and cottages are NON-SMOKING
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Deposit of one night's room charge required to secure reservation. Mastercard, Visa or personal check (received at least 30 days prior to reservation date)accepted.
  • 7 day cancellation notice required for full refund of deposit. 2 week cancellation notice required when reserving multiple rooms/cottages.
  • Check-in time is 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made with Innkeepers
  • Check-out time is 11 a.m.

The Fox Den has a decidedly masculine feel, while still being a lair a woman wouldn't mind hiding out in for a few days! Adorable and decorative foxes spot the landscape of this room. On the ground floor, this room is handicap accessible, has a private bath and entrance, queen bed, TV and VCR.

The Blue Ridge Room

An homage to by-gone days, this comfortable room features a queen size bed, TV, fireplace, private bath and entrance. Great view of the Blue Ridge Parkway!

Like a sweet Southern Breeze, The Magnolia Room is wonderfully romantic. Airy fabric canopies the bed, giving you a cozy warm feeling. The fireplace adds the perfect touch for togetherness.

The Angel Room

You'll have to use the step to get into this stately four poster bed. The Angel Room's bed is not only so high you feel like you're in the clouds, but the owners and innkeepers, Sherry and Don Foster, have lovingly shared their large collection of Dreamsicles Angels in the curio near the bed. Blue décor completes the celestial feeling.
